Smith Street Nashville is lead by Monica Smith Horseman.  Born and raised in the West, Monica started off working in the entertainment and fitness industries in beautiful Southern California. She took a trip to Nashville back in 2009 and fell in love with the city.  She has always enjoyed guiding people and helping to make any goal they had attainable and enjoyable.  This passion has translated into her work as a real estate professional.
